Once the first phase is completed, we will be waiting for your comments on the designs provided. Tell us everything- Do you like the style? Do you like the font used? Do you like colors used? What do you think could be added to improve the graphic for you business? All these details can be submitted via our Client Center, which you can access through your login and password which we will assign to you once your graphic designs are completed, Click here to see how the process goes.

We will then use these comments to come up with the second phase of the graphic design (if needed). Usually, our clients get satisfied with initial designs. Many get their final graphic at this phase.

Tell us! It’s our job to amend the drafts to get you your winner design- until you are 100% satisfied. 

We create you enough format that would get you started online & offline (for printing use). Files in gif and jpeg for website use, high resolution image for printing Adobe illustrator (.AI format), EPS (postscript format). Also, we’ll supply high resolution TIFF , JPG image file and grayscale images for offline use without any additional charges. We also include text file with your design package in order to guide you how to use your design files and where to use them. Almost all commercial printing companies will be able to use these files to generate professional quality printing materials.

The final graphic formats will be send to your email address that you have specified during signup process. We will also place them at our server, in your client center account for download.

Yes we do. Our services cater needs for those who also need their letterhead, envelop and business card designed according to their newly made graphic. It can also be added as an addon with other services.

Absolutely! Once you receive your graphic designs in the various formats that we provide you, they can be used instantly for almost any purpose you can think of.

On the other hand, if you see a graphic that you like anywhere on the web, tell us the URL in the order form so we could use the same style or idea to recreate your original graphic (not copy it).

After you have selected the graphic from our graphic designing process the Graphic is all yours! You fully own the copyright and free to register the graphic at the registrar office. We can also place the registered mark or the TM mark on your graphic if requested. We can also assist you in registering your graphic.

Yes we do. We keep backup of our clients graphic for a certain period of time. If for any reason you require another copy of your graphic please don’t hesitate to Contact us. However we suggest that you too keep a backup copy of the graphic format just incase you get into some sort of trouble. The graphic formats should fit on a CD for your own backup.
